Most wrestlers want to increase muscle mass, making them stronger, stronger, or bigger at the weight level so they can upgrade to the next level. To be a successful wrestler, technology, speed, flexibility and adjustment are the most important features in every coaching list. It is also a clear advantage to be stronger than the opponent under all the same conditions. Wrestlers have some position and maneuver in the game, and strength will be the determining factor. In their careers, each wrestler has been defeated by a bigger, stronger opponent at least once. Many of the best wrestling coaches have strength training during the season and off-court to help their athletes dominate all areas of the mat.
