Melt the butter in the pan with low heat, then cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes or until browned. Put it in the bowl. In a separate bowl, mix garlic, vegetable oil, tarragon vinegar, water, sugar, Italian salad dressing and chili sauce. Pour the mixture onto the cooked mushrooms.
