Soy is an excellent source of calcium and helps lower cholesterol and triglycerides. Vegetarians are also the best way to lose weight, because the recipes and diets extracted from fruits and vegetables naturally reduce calories and fat.

It is also easy to digest, making it an excellent choice for children and the elderly. Vegetarian food is not necessarily boring; in fact, thousands of delicious recipes can be made with vegetables, grains, fruits, nuts and grains, and you will soon forget that meat products are exhausted. Most importantly, you can be a clean and conscience owner while advocating animal cruelty.
