But don't let it last for more than 8 hours. This will be unhealthy.

In addition, the quality of your sleep is important. If you wake up all the time, it is not a good sleep. Be sure to avoid caffeine for a few hours before going to bed. Also, avoid using your phone or computer 2 hours before going to bed: the light from these devices can be difficult to sleep.

Laugh, have fun from
