We have family gatherings almost every weekend. Friends who come over to find food and drinks often remind me of something new and interesting.
I used to provide services for packaged foods, but given their negative health effects, I finally got into the kitchen and got things in my hands.
Being a non-vegetarian always gives me a lot of room to try out the key ingredients of chicken or fish. Still, the benefits of adding fish to your diet far outweigh any other form of meat. Here I try to use the healthiest option, "Squid". Rich in Omega 3, rich in protein and vitamin B, rich in antioxidants. This recipe will receive "A" in terms of health. However, in order to enhance the taste, the better, so why not make a "fried fish".
Recently I found a delicious appetizer is my semolina fish! Healthy about 120 calories. Each serving, 4 servings, cooking time 35-40 minutes. fast and convenient!
1] Fish fillet [you choose], I used salmon – 5-6 tablets
2] Semolina Flour – 1/2 cup [commonly available in supermarkets such as Wal-Mart]
3] Garlic Sauce – 1 teaspoon
4] Red Chili Powder [Chili Powder] – 1/2 teaspoon
5] Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
6] Salt – taste
7] Olive oil – for shallow frying
1] If necessary, clean the fillets and remove the skin. If using squid, be sure to use soft hands when washing and rubbing, as these pieces are very fragile and easily broken.
2] In a bowl, add a teaspoon of oil, salt, paprika, lemon juice and garlic sauce.
Apply and wipe on the fillets, cover and place in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
3] Once marinated, heat a spoonful of oil in the pan.
Spread semolina flour on the plate.
4] Wrap the fillets with semolina and fry them in a pan.
5] Medium heat usually takes 5-7 minutes to fry the fish from one side and 5-7 minutes on the other side.
6] It may take a few minutes to become crispy and delicious.
7] When finished, place them on a plate and serve them hot with sauce or a soup of your choice.
