Research nutritional supplements

I guess most people want to be healthy. Few people woke up in the morning and said, "Boy, I hope I will change another pound today!", or look in the mirror: "I don't look obese about these jeans." However, if we have weight and health problems The solution is simple, so everyone will become thin and healthy. We can almost eliminate the diet and fitness part of each bookstore.

My challenge to the available diet and health solutions is that there are so many people these days. It reminds me of Bing's "search overload" commercial, where there is too much information and information is lost. I found a solution, but my task is to help others find their own solution. I don't like us to be the most obese and unhealthy country on the planet, so I try to change the trend of one person at a time.

I wholeheartedly believe that knowledge is power. The more you know, the more organized you are to make better choices. One of my goals has always been to identify tools that help others make these choices. With this in mind, I have provided more tools for the toolbox.

To be a discerning consumer of a healthy and beneficial person, it is important that you understand the “language” of health supplements. Anyone can read the back of a protein shake or dietary supplement; however, beginners rarely understand what they are looking at. What is the difference between whey protein and calcium caseinate? Is olive oil really good for you? What exactly is Yucca Root? Knowing the answers to these questions may be very useful to you. However, if you feel that you are reading stereo instructions written in Portuguese [and you can't read Portuguese], you may never invest in something that can help you achieve your fitness goals. Therefore, I suggest you do your own research. Having said that, I have done some research for you. Here are some of the ingredients you might encounter.

Ionic alfalfa

Ion alfalfa has long been used as a cleaning agent.

Ashwagandha

Studies have shown that this botanical drug can provide protection from free radicals, support the liver and support mental and immune functions.

Burdock root

Science has shown that this root can promote beneficial growth in the gut.

Pau D'Arco

Pau D' Arco promotes healthy balance of intestinal bacteria and supports proper gastrointestinal function.

Aloe

Most people have heard of aloe vera plants and their external healing capabilities related to burns, but many people do not know its intrinsic health value. According to some scientists, aloe vera can support healthy liver function by restoring the integrity of primary hepatocytes.

Mint leaf

Studies have shown that mint leaves help to soothe the digestive tract and support gastrointestinal health.

Yellow pier

The yellow dock has been shown to fight free radicals and protect the stomach system through its antioxidant properties.

Suma Root

Suma Root may support the body's immune system.

Anise seeds

Scientists have found that fennel brain in fennel seed oil is good for the cardiovascular system.

Licorice

The antioxidant capacity of licorice roots may help protect the liver.

Acanthopanax

International scientists have determined that Eleutherococcus senticocus compounds may have a positive impact on cell defense, body health and lipid metabolism.

This list does not include all the ingredients you might find in a health supplement; however, this is the beginning, educating yourself what you are looking at the next time you read the label. You may have noticed that the word "may" is mentioned in this article. You may ask, “How can I trust products that do not provide a clear guarantee?” In fact, on most labels that identify health supplements, you will often find a disclaimer stating that the product has not been evaluated by the FDA. They claim that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Why do health supplement manufacturers work hard to convince your products to provide better health and wellness, and ask you not to assume product success? The answer is simple. At the moment a health product claims any particular medical or health outcome, one of two things can happen.

The government asked for research to support this claim. If the company producing the supplement cannot verify its claim, the government closes it.

2. The company that produced the product was sued, claiming that it could not confirm and was forced to stop filing a claim… even if the claim may be true.

This leads to another problem. Why does the supplement company not conduct the necessary research to prove the potential of its products? The answer is the difference between complementary companies such as GNC, MetRX and Isagenix and pharmaceutical companies such as Pharma, Johnson and Johnson, and Abbot Labs. Most of the intrinsic cost of producing pharmaceutical drugs comes from the research necessary to prove the company's claims before the product is put on the shelves. In addition to this cost, complex research and testing processes can make consumers' products that may change their lives over the years…if not decades. That's why many scientists, such as Dr. William H. Andrews and his research on Telomeres, have turned to using natural supplements rather than chemicals to achieve laboratory results. Rather than relying on reports or research to prove that their new drugs do what they claim, supplemental scientists rely on word of mouth between consumers to sell their products. The advantage for you is that you don't have to pay for all the research. In the process, you may find a product that can solve health or fitness problems without spending money.

In the end, it is very important to remember this fact. We have become a country for each patient's pill. The medications we take may cause additional problems and require additional medications. Many Americans eventually find themselves taking 10 pills a day… many of them are designed to offset the effects of other pills on them. Is it meaningless to find natural products [usually found in the body] to achieve our health desires?
