My liver detoxification trip

I woke up in the morning as usual. It was a Saturday morning, I have been sleeping for hours, but I still feel exhausted. At this time, it was a daily ritual, and when I woke up, I felt uneasy and tired. I lost my once healthy appetite. Recently, I started not eating. Bloating is another problem I often face. Because of my chronic fatigue, I decided to do some research. This is when I started to understand the liver detoxification. I have heard of it before, but I have never tried it for myself. The liver is the organ that helps our body eliminate toxins. It detoxifies our blood, digests fat, breaks down hormones, and stores essential minerals and nutrients. When our liver is at its best, our entire body is affected. In our busy life, we forget to take care of our bodies. We are often exposed to environmental toxins and contaminants. In addition, in order to make the disease worse, the unhealthy food we consume will put too much pressure on our liver. This can cause damage to the liver.

Fortunately, there are many ways to exclude the liver from harmful toxins and keep them in top condition. Here, I will focus on some of the methods I have personally tried and found that it helps the liver to detoxify.

Drink raw juice:

Fruits and vegetables are gifts that nature gives to humans. They are not only delicious, but also contain the essential vitamins and nutrients needed for healthy growth. Drinking raw juice is one of the easiest ways to relieve liver detoxification. Cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrots, cucumbers, beets and green leafy vegetables are good juice choices. I personally recommend raw beets and carrots. This mixture is rich in beta-carotene. You can even add lemon or any other citrus fruit to increase the dose of vitamin C.

Eat more potassium-rich foods:

Potassium is essential because it helps maintain blood pressure, regulate fluid balance, reduce fatigue, weakness, constipation and support bone and muscle strength. Beets, white beans, soy and lima beans are the highest potassium content. Other potassium-rich foods include sweet potatoes and bananas. By adding these foods to your diet, make sure you meet the potassium you need every day.

Avoid processing and sugary foods:

Processed foods contain trans fats, preservatives, synthetic ingredients and chemicals that can paralyze your system and make it more difficult to function properly. It is best to limit the intake of sugary and processed foods to reduce stress on the liver.

Eat iron-rich foods:

Iron is essential for the development of red blood cells. Excess iron is stored in the liver, and the liver regulates the amount of iron released into the body. Low levels of iron can cause anemia and liver dysfunction. Eating iron-rich foods can help keep your liver healthy. Iron-rich foods include nuts, grains, meat, fish, tofu, eggs, beans, beans, cattle or goat livers and seeds.

Drink detox water:

The easiest and personal favorite way to detoxify the liver is to drink detox water. To make detox water, you only need to add fresh lemon juice to a glass filled with water and then detoxify. Studies have shown that detoxifying water helps reduce inflammation, DNA breaks, brain lipid peroxidation and liver damage.

If you want to detoxify the liver instead of trying some of the methods I mentioned above. It's important to remember that if you use certain medications, some of them may not be of benefit to you. In addition, if you have a liver disease or condition, it is best to consult a doctor and avoid self-medication as this will exacerbate your condition. With a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle, you can keep your liver at its best.
