The root of wrestling
Wrestling is one of the oldest sports in the world, and its origins can be traced back to the ancient Greeks and the first Olympic Games. This is a real sport, built on strong power and willpower, because it does not provide any equipment or protection for its players. The only way to win is to use one's strength and determination to nail the opponent on the mat or push them away from the border of the ring.
In order for the opponent to fall to the ground, the wrestler must firmly grasp some basic wrestling movements. There are four main types of basic wrestling: basic skills, removal, reversal or escape, and riding, failure or fixed combinations.
