Allen Academy’s Science Explorations for Kids Entering PK-6th Grade, June 12th-16th
The Art of Science: Science is FUNdamental!
Does science spark your imagination, and inspire you to create? If so, join us this week to explore Science through hands-on experiments and 3-D creations designed to demonstrate the way things work. We will also use what we learn to create original works of art, poems and songs! We will build volcanoes, demonstrate earthquakes, examine rocks and minerals, and explore weather and other natural disasters through hands-on activities. Our experiments will include growing crystals, creating chemical reactions, and more! Allen Academy families and visitors will be able to visit our “Digital Museum” online, and see our products displayed at the school.

More than just a place to keep kids busy, Allen Academy’s Summer Programs are an opportunity for children to learn and discover, in combination with all the fun of a traditional summer camp.

Open to students who have completed PK – 5th grade, our Summer Day Program is organized into six sessions, with each week-long session revolving around a different theme. Students may attend either half-day from 7:30-12:00, or full-day from 7:30-5:30. Each day, all attendees spend the morning participating in age-appropriate activities, experiments, and fun-filled lessons based upon the week’s topic of exploration.

Afternoons for full-day attendees are filled with exciting field trips, arts and crafts, STEM activities and more, as attendees are provided opportunities to expend all of their excess summer energy in a safe, fun-filled environment.

Whether roller skating, playing basketball, cooking, painting, or more, Allen Summer Programs are an awesome place for your child to enjoy their summer!
